Fitness Assessment
As an important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Carlene's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:

  • Body fat
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Blood pressure

Strength Training
You will be guided through a program that will develop your strength and increase your endurance. Carlene will  ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. She will work with you to achieve maximum results by combining weights, cardio, and proper nutrition.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, Carlene will be able to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. She will continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Carlene will  work with you to design a plan for healthy eating. She will help determine the vitamins, minerals and supplements that are needed for your optimum health. Carlene will guide you through the process and support you through the hurdles along the way.
